By creating a catalog for North American Refractories Company (NARCO), InnerLink not only provided a sales tool, but also preserved the legacy of the company.

Situation: NARCO needed to capture valuable knowledge from their mature workforce and create a comprehensive sales tool that would educate both their customers and new employees on their company and their products.

Solution: InnerLink worked with the experts at NARCO to create—from scratch—a complete brick product catalog. This catalog provided NARCO sales representatives with information such as product specifications and benefits, NARCO history, and full- color illustrations depicting key products and processes. The catalog was so successful that another version was created for NARCO’s monolithic products. In addition, this effort included the development of a high-impact graphic identity for NARCO which strengthens the NARCO brand.
